Chip is great! Not only did he very unselfishly send his wonderful wife down to help when we needed with a days notice, but when he comes to town he asks for a list of projects before he comes to be sure he has the needed tools. I have realized every time he leaves from a visit he has upped the value of our house. He came when Sydney was first born, we were in the hospital and got bored so he floored the attic and put a fan up. He has added lights, inside and out as well as shelves in most all closets. Hooks to hang things on, and I am sure I am missing some. Last time we even offered him to the rest of the family. Dads list was too long, so we'll have to wait for Chip to retire and move down here for Dad, but he was hard at work at Sandra's house helping with things here and there. He is loved and appreciated by all!!! This time around he did his magic again! We now have a wonderful screen door on the back, and shade screens for the afternoon sun that beats down on the back porch in the afternoon. He put shelves in more closets that are wonderful! We love having Chip around even if he isn't doing projects, but we sure have loved what he has done!!!
